Regional Operations Manager
Location: Open
We have an immediate opening for a highly-motivated, results-oriented Regional Operations Manager to oversee facilities in Buffalo, Chicago, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Denver, St. Louis, Phoenix and Memphis. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of senior management experience within a customer driven enviornment, preferably with travel-related or parking industries.

Essential Duties:
  • Responsibility for overall operations at locations assigned, including financial objectives, sales and marketing performance, capital asset maintenance, service levels, human resources management and compliance to state and federal regulations.
  • Achieves business outcomes by implementing strategic direction of organization.
  • Assists in developing budgests and forecasts to guide and manage operating plans.
  • Evaluates and recommends solutions for operational procedures and policies supporting the business model.
  • Provides leadership, coaching and development to direct reports.
  • Implements large scale change initiatives to support growth plans
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in achieving organizational results.
  • Ability to motivate and lead human capital to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrated strengths in business acumen and organizational agility.
  • Possess critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer skills including MS Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

Customer Service Manager
Location: Downey, CA
PCAA, LLC has an immediate opening for a positive, problem-solving Customer Service Manager, enviornment, working with multi-line phone systems and computer skills such as Microsoft Office programs. The Customer Service Manager will have a minimum of 5 full-time customer service direct reports working out of Downey, CA and Newark, NJ.
The candidate should be prepared to take ownership of the customer service department, satisfaction and complaint reporting, as well as fulfillment of a number of marketing programs including loyalty programs, discount vouchers and promotions.

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Approximately 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Flexible, problem solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Additional responsibilities include:
  • Supervision of Claims department.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
