Charles Huntzinger
President and Chief Executive Officer
Charles brings to PCAA over 20 years of parking experience at well-established companies including Parkway Corporation,
Central Parking and imperial Parking. He has been an active member of the National Parking Association for many years.
During his 14 years at Parkway Corporation, Charles served as COO and developed all departments of this
Philadelphia-based company, growing the number of locations from 5 to 150 nationwide.
In 1993, Charles joined Central Parking as Midwest Regional Manager. In 1995, he was promoted to Vice President,
New York Region, and he successfully converted that region from a negative cash flow situation to the most profitable
region in the Central Parking system.
In 1999, Charles accepted the President and CEO position at Imperial Parking
Corporation. Over the next 6 years, Charles took the company public on the AMEX and doubled its stock value. When
he left Imperial in 2005, it was the third largest parking company in North America. Since 2005, Charles has formed
his own parking real estate and consulting companies, including consulting for PCAA beginning in November 2006.
Charles received his B.S. from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. He served as a navigation officer in the US
Merchant Marines and later as a Lieutenant in the United States Naval Reserves.
Jeff Armbruster
Director, Information Technology
Jeff provides PCA with innovative technical business tools based on his 20 years of
experience in software development and management. He has designed, produced and launched
web sites, communications platforms, workflow applications and digital content delivery
solutions for major commercial and government entities, including EMC, Honda America,
Microsoft and the U.S. Air Force.
Jeff has extensive programming capabilities and has mastered numerous programming languages
and technical platforms. He is a graduate of New York University.
